after installing window 7 loader by date and time changes in every booting(restarting) help...

Is the time and date set right in the bios? If it keeps getting reset in the bios you could be having RTC battery problems.

Not 100% about this, but check there aren't any jumpers on the clear CMOS pins that would make it clear...highly unlikely that this would be the problem but cant hurt to check.

If you have another Os, check if same thing happens on that OS too

  1. check if you have selected the correct Time zone for your country.
  2. checkif you have enabled daylight saving.
  3. check if your CMOS battery still have power to hold the clock(your BIOS settings will aso be resetted if this is the case).
  4. what is your Anti virus software? A virus could cause this problem.

do these and psot what happened
