Internet Eplorer For window7 Starter is non responsive.It work for a while then stopped.When I download a software from the web and go to use it.It uses I.E. as the default browser,but it works fine.I downloaded a software and a search engine called mystart engine or search came with it.didnt even kow about it.Since then I.E. has given me nothing but problems.Even deleting a few toolbar I downloaded.Firefox and chrome work just fine.I have rid myself of the search engine and the pop ups that came with it.I also found some cool free license software to help protect my toshiba.Still i can't acces anything in I.E. please someone help.

try opening ie,go to tools ,advanced,click on reset restore ie defaults settings
