i dont have a dvd player....all internet has a dvd to put and watch a video or alse

It is possible that somehow the registry is set to disable mounting removable media drives (I use it to prevent USB thumb drives on the work pcs, but it will stop a CDROM too). That particular registry key is as follows (you can cut and paste from the "Windows Registry..." line until after the key/dword value into a file and merge):

Enable: USBStorON.reg
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR]
"Start"=dword:00000003

Disable: USBStorOFF.reg
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR]
"Start"=dword:00000004

Same problem here. Typical windows CRAP that they'll never fix. Trash Windows and install a new operating system...

You still using Windows XP then David? TThat would be your problem, right there. Take your own advice, install a new operating system - Windows 10 for example...
