Hi I need a little more help from u all. I cant receive any email from OE. Ran highjack this below is the log. I am getting an error message says this:

If problems remain: remove unwanted BHOs/toolbars shown in the log (Dealio, extra toolbars, broken BHOs), run full up‑to‑date anti‑malware/adware scans (Malwarebytes/AdwCleaner or equivalent), and inspect the router’s DNS settings (some malware changes routers and will re‑infect clients). After a confirmed clean, recreate the OE account (as suggested) or migrate to a modern client (Thunderbird) and restore the backed‑up mail store. OE is notorious for becomming corrupt.

I would delete your user account (make sure you back up any needed email) and recreate the account.

if that doesn't work get ahold of your ISP and see if they have a RAD log or something that shows any errors on their end.

you might also be sure that you have the most up to date version of IE and OE by visiting the windows update site.

To see if it's OE or your ISP at fault, do the telnet test. Open a command prompt window and type the following

telnet pop-server.hvc.rr.com 110
+OK
user <your user name>>
+OK
pass <your password>
+OK
stat
+OK <some numbers here>
list
+OK
<some more numbers here>

Note that the +OK are server responses and may have some more info, but the +OK part will ALWAYS be there. If you're able to do this, your ISP is fine and it's prolly OE acting up. If not, it's a server side issue. Post a screenshot of your command prompt window here with your results and we'll go from there.
