..new live cam not recognised and scanner...same thing. ..device manager...!!!! on both.... I did try few time instaling both but result the same....Also its show ERROR CODE 19.. I dont know what to do next... And one note more. It happen since I buy new Live Cam ( Microsoft VX 6000)... The scaner is Canon - not expensive one....

(In safe mode they are recognizsed)

Personally I would uninstall both drivers in safe mode, and then install new up to date drivers from the web.

Thanks Dave.
I done both....and more....still not work. There was similar treads for not rec. CD ROM. I did look in rewgistry, find the numbers, but not luck to find any for LiveCam and Scanner. Need more details help with direct sugestions for clicking or deleting...why? I am not that good and also scared to click . m.e.
