i want to install windosxp on machin already vista installed on it how can i do that ?

ok i already did that but the result p.c boot from xp no o.s menu to select which operatig system to use
so my question how i get to o.s in my pc with condition the vista installed first

I think he wants to duel boot xp and vista. I didn't have any problems doing that but I had xp on drive C and installed vista on drive D (two physically different hard drives).

if vista doesnt show up in the bootloader you may need to add an entry for it under the primary systems (XP?) boot.ini
