hi guys this is farman n i m a Client of a VPN network i want to ask about torrent speed well normally i get 90 kb/s download speed on IDM or any other download manager but when i download something from torrent i get not more then 30 kb/s speed, this speed is fixed for torrent downloads from our ISP admin now u guys tell me any body know any way to get same 90 kb/s download speed on torrent i am waiting for ur reply...
