I have a Zoomx4 modem router and i tried to reboot it.It stopped halfway through doing this and now all iget is the power light and nothing else.I cant access the zoom console and I fear I have broke it.Any ideas?

Go back where you bought it from, if it can't reboot without breaking it's not fit for purpose, get a new one or money back. Or they may offer to fix it.
