Hey man, here is a good resource for you to learn frame-relay. It sounds like you are in the beginning of your studies. I'm doing my CCNP and I still refer back to this site and brush up on topics.
Multipoint and point-to-point is a subject i've wrestled with for three weeks now. Make sure you now how to use gns3 and try to get the theory of frame-relay down before you jump into a lab. Let me know if I can help you with something.
