Very true the The PC Requires a combination of things to run well under load. CPU Graphics RAM all need a high wattage PSU to run well. Best bet is to look into the PSU first

Yep. I've encountered that problem and it usually relates to Overheating of the Hardware Due to overclocking or insufficient airflow going through the Casing. Make sure to never overclock unless you have decent cooling installed. so just reset your Bios to default settings and leave it at stock.

It would be a little hard now because i did notice 939's are being phased out for the 940 Pin processors which are very cheap on the market aswell. I'd go for the 940 Pin CPU + New Motherboard for it.

Its always good to Test out Different Components such as RAM or Video card and also your Hard Drive to at least get a Post Screen. My PC Currently has a black screen no booting up or beeps so I am sure my Motherboard was damaged from Faulty PSU.

If its turning off it sounds like a problem with the CPU cooling. Make sure to check the Fan seating I get this problem alot so make sure its pushed in correctly otherwise the CPU will keep overheating of course :) hope this helps

This could also be a memory problem. RAM can be damaged very easily and can make the system restart when under load

With Your New System if the CPU was changed from AMD to P4 or visa versa, then the system wont boot that Hard Drive up at all unless completely wiped. hope this helps :icon_cool:

Honestly I agree. Motherboards are easily damaged and are the main cause of No Post Boot on a system.
