Re: Just get a cheap old windows 98 laptop off ebay, and install a small linux distro, or strip down '98, and install a lightwieght pdf reader viewer software. I myself use both this and my hacked psp to read pdf's. | |

Re: I have never heard of "dark edition", but most likely it is a pirated version, which is meant to run faster. Pirateed versions of windows normally come loaded up with viruses and spyware, so get rid of it as soon as pos. I recommend buying the full version of amazon … | |
Re: This could be caused by many things; viruses, corrupt system files, illegal copy of xp, bad product key. Try making a backup of everything, then reinstall xp, maaking sure that you activate it straight away, and that the product key is typed in right. Then ONLY use automatic update, and … | |

Re: Sometimes drives can cause a problem. Try removing every drive, and boot again, then if it is fine, add one by one to find which is the problem. |
