I have a problem. Everyday i got angry sometimes for no reason.
I sometimes think that i may be a rebellion person. In british english dictionary the word Turk has a synonym as rebellion. i am turkish so it may have to do with my origins. I look at these people in USA, most them are peaceful. i always have the tendency to kick some peoples ass around me. I look for ways to calm my self down. i dont like the current personality that i am. I sometimes want to beat my co-workers. Actually last year i broke my foot while kickboxing, after that incident i learnt to control my anger better.
although my foot still aches i still feel lucky to have broken it.
Anyway i am still in the process of keeping my anger in control.
I will append to this thread if i improve from now on.
