2cents payed for one click after a 5k impressions was the bottom line.They started payed a lot for click and had a nice control even when I didn't optimize the adds and now they pay less,payment come late, and they dont convert the impressions in to clicks

Any Ideas for non contextual ads to replace them? Payout trhough paypal would be good.
