1. That the keyword you mention, is it competitive enough to bring you constant and regular traffic?

2. And what about the competition? Does the keyword have enough (low or mid-low) competition on SERPs?

If yes, than I there's surely a good potential in your keyword.

I get from this phrase about 100 visitors per day,
not much but nice.
It has low competition.

I indeed intend to find more phrases (with even more traffic),
and promote them.

Hi,

I think Google adwords keyword tool would be helpful for you to target more competitive keywords. While, keyword elite(coming with a really nice feature named 'keyword effective index') would be really helpful in finding more effective keywords for you, IMO. :)
