Have clean HTML code that makes proper use of CSS and JavaScript, and follows all the W3C best practices. Use social media and integrate Facebook and Twitter into your site to gain traffic from social networks. Oh, and Google Plus too :)

According to the Google panda update (13-10-11), Google gives more importance to video related sites such as you tube than content based site such as amazon, E bay. so try to explain your posts with more videos than having much contents.

I completely agree with devisrimari1. Google now gives more importance to videos. After panda update you should have quality content with bullet points, statistical tables, videos and images related to your subject. This will make your content interesting, original and more useful.

Bookmarking.
Blog Posting.
