Upload videos to a lot of beautiful. If the view is so much you can earn with Google Adsense ads.

You should be uploading high quality videos on Youtube. Make it look attractive into the eyes of your viewers. Monetize it with affiliate programs like Amazon, Clickbank, etc. by masking and putting affiliate links within the video's description. To mask them, use goo.gl. Hope this helps.

You should optimize your videos. Make a research for your keywords and use them in the title and in the description of a video. Invite people to subscribe to your channel and to each of your videos, too. Transcribe your videos and post it bellow the video. It's suffice to say that videos should be captivating-they should capture the viewers attention in 10-15 seconds.
