You could try collaborating with large blogs that revolve around women as a topic.

It never hurts to ask. I've made a lot of great deals and they all started with an email ;)

You can also re-design your header and put a face or two in there, make it more 'hip' (girly).

Right now it looks as if it were a female hackers community :)
