Hi !!

I just planned to start a google adword for my website.
I made a standard adword account, and seledted my bidget of $50/per month.

But i want to view the max bid for the specific keywords that competitors are paying.

Like I need my companion for keyword "search engine optimization"
SO i need to view the max bid for keyword "search engine optimization"

I searched many tools but not found that, so if any body knows from where i can get ppc cost for specific keywords.

Also is there any source from where i can get top paying keywords.

Thank you

Short answer for : Google does not reveal exact competitor bids. The closest official data is Google Ads' Keyword Planner, which shows estimated "top of page" bid ranges you can use as a baseline (Google Ads Keyword Planner). Third-party tools give useful estimates and show who is buying a term, but treat their CPC numbers as approximations.

How to check quickly: sign in to Google Ads, open Keyword Planner, choose "Discover new keywords" or "Get search volume and forecasts", enter "search engine optimization" (or other phrases) and a target location. Look at the "Top of page bid (low/high)" columns for estimated ranges and use Forecasts to simulate clicks and cost for your budget. Remember: those ranges are estimates of what it may take to reach top-of-page placement; your actual average CPC will depend heavily on your Quality Score and auction dynamics.

For competitor visibility and CPC estimates, use specialist tools such as SpyFu or SEMrush to see which domains are bidding on a keyword, historical ad copy, and estimated CPCs (SpyFu, SEMrush). Cross-check several tools and compare to your own account data — the only definitive CPC numbers are the ones reported in your campaigns.

To find "top-paying" keywords and stretch a small monthly budget: filter by estimated CPC in Keyword Planner or a research tool, but prioritize ROI over raw CPC. With a limited budget, target tightly focused, geo- and intent-specific long-tail phrases, use exact/phrase match and negatives, improve landing-page relevance and ad copy to raise Quality Score, and use ad scheduling and location bids to avoid wasted clicks. As and hinted, combine tool-based research with solid AdWords/Ads optimization practices and always validate estimates against your actual campaign performance.
