I bought netbooks for my girls for Valitines day and can not get them to work. I have tried calling the help line but no help there. No-one answers and can not get help from their website. Does anyone have advice on what I should do now to get the netbooks to work?

What do you mean by the netbooks won't work. Will they not boot up, can they not get on the internet, etc?
