We have a iiyama ProLite E431S LCD screen, which when left switched off over night, seems to take about half an hour to 'warm up' the next day...
When switched on and the PC has just booted into Windows, the screen will go blank but the power light staying on. Then, when switching off and then on again - the screen comes alive again and displays correctly for approx 8 seconds until going blank again.
If left for approx half an hour with the power light on then it will work ok for the rest of the day without blanking.
I'm assuming the screen is just faulty, and probably on its way out - but thought I'd post just incase anyone has any suggestions!
