I decided to try and overclock my eMachine t3524 earlier and when I reset my computer my computer was able to boot, and I noticed that the fan is much louder, but the monitor isn't loading up, the keyboard "Num lock" and laser mouse don't light up like normally. But my mp3 player when plugged in seems to be getting power. This is what I can remember doing on it:

Going into Bios> Go to Chipset configuration> changed something from 55mhz to 66mhz (something like that)

Is there a way to fix this at all? Or is the system permanently screwed over?

Try resetting hte cmos battery as that may help you out in this case. Take the battery out for about 2-4 minutes and then stick it back in and try starting the thing up again.
