Hi All,
I just reconnected(long story) my mb back up and when I apply power it starts to run (Fan takes off, all is looking sweet) for about 3 to 4 seconds then it stops and emits a "warbling" sound. I can't think of a better word for the sound. It is a two pitched sound.

Check the power button and make sure it is not stuck and shuting down the PC like holding down few seconds to shut down manually.

try swap the RAM slot will be a good try though.
