im trying to upgrade my processor to a 1ghz but i just dont know how to remove the heat sink.

most processors are on the motherboard but this processor (SL3F7) is on a card which was in a slot on the motherboard. the heat sink is on the card.

my computer is a gateway essential 550 (yep its old).

how do i remove it? do i just force it out? i dont wanna break it. special screwdriver?
