I just reformat the hard drive in my laptop and I got everything up and running fined, and the only problem I have is the sound. It's a compaq laptop Presario V2000. I went to their website download the driver for audio and sound and for some reason it doesn't installed and I don't know what I did wrong. Need help very bad.
