As most of you know Vista is crap and so on i have kept XP but when i turn my PC on somtimes it clicks out now most of you will know that XP does that somtimes on startup but just 10 minutes ago it clicked out 7 times and then went into bios mode i am now in safe mode with networking is this due to XP or is my power supply going?

if it was the power supply it would shutdown in safe mode as well in my opinion ,could be something like video card overheating ,safe mode runs in vga mode and doesn't load …
