Just bought a Microsoft Lifecam VX-6000 for my family and our son.
His camera work and sounds great , MINE not too good.
We can see and hear them BUT they cannot see or hear us.
We can see ourselves from our camera but it does not get to their computer.
Sometimes they can hear us but most of the time very limited.

Any suggestions???
