I have a Gigabyte G31M ES2C motherboard(2xddr2 slot). I had a Kingston 1 GB ddr2 800 RAM than i bought an Elixir 1GB ddr2 667 RAM. I would like to use them both. After the start the computer write: Dual Channel Interleaved. But in the XP the programs have lot of errors (get closed) and sometimes the computer restarts without attention. What can i do? is it possible to turn off the dual channel mode?

Agree with that and try to change the position of yours ram modules on mother board, sometimes that can be a problem.
