I dont know what is wrong with my computer. When i push the power button the tower turn on for about 3 seconds then turns back off for about 4 or 5 seconds then turns back on and remains on but the moniter still has a yellow light like the compter is off please help

Check to see if everything is connected, properly first, aka screen to desktop.

Yes everything is connected right.But still does the same thing. Ive removed the cords a few times blew on them then put them back but no change

Its not new but i bought it from dell
Its getting plenty of power
And it beeps once before restarting and once after
