I have a Dell Mini netbook. I am trying to remove the hard drive to upgrade it. It is held in place by two screws. I can't remove the screws, and I have tried with a variety of screw drivers, but now they are stripped.

Any suggestions? Or should I take it to the Geek Squad or send it to Dell?
