as i turn on the computer, running windows xp ,logo gos by then there is a 2 screens when there should only be 1, on top of each other, running so you cant see what it says, so im stuck .. can you help me?

once i turn the computer on, windows starts to load, then there should be the sign on screen, but i cant see it. ill try to show you what i see.........mmmmmmiiiiiiccccccrrrrrroooooossssssoooooofffffftttttt, thats on the top half of the screen & then on the bottom half of the screen, its the same thing..and it runs from left to right
