The USB plug in on my exterior hard drive is broken, how do I get it fixed, can not take back to WalMart, although i have a warranty,I have too much stuff on it.

The problem is getting inside the box, I can't find any screws, or anyway of getting the box apart, other than that I would just put in a new card.
