Double sided is generally considered quicker but to be honest, the difference isn't all that much.

ahhhh ok... so there would be no difference if im going to buy single sided? or is it better if i go to double sided

Double sided generally works quicker in dual channel if your motherboard supports it, but again, it's not a whole lot quicker. Going for the highest speed ram that your mobo will take reaps greater benefits in speed.
As an example, I have a Lenovo X61 laptop which had 4gig of pc2 5300 ram in it when I got it. I have since swapped it out for 4gig of pc2 6400 and it's noticably quicker!
