my ipod will get charged and other devices function properly but not my ipod touch ive tried restarting the ipod and apple mobile services and nothing it just stoped working altogether its very frustrating any help would be greatly apprecited thank you also im running windows vista 64 bit toshiba satelite a205-s5843

When you plug in the touch, is it recognized as a usb drive? Does windows show "1 new device connected"? Or is it just not showing up in itunes?

Have you tried connecting the ipod touch on another PC running itunes?

no its not showing at all no window or itunes and it works on other pcs
