My Toshiba laptop is showing some problems. I see fluttering lines throughtout the screen and disappears when I press the screen from behind...What is the problem, please let me know

Could be that your display is faulty. If you do a search on this site, you'll find other members with similar issues.
To make sure its not your graphics card, I woudl recommend that you plug an external video monitor to your laptop and see if the lines show up on the external monitor.
I dont think the problem is graphics card related since you mentioned that touching the back of the screen temp resolves the issue.
