hey guys I have a pc which is "Dell latitude E6400" its problem is that it doesn't start up now i've checked it to see if it is the screen by plugging the projector cable to it and opening the laptop but doesn't display;it now usually opens when ever it wants to open.Do you have any recommendations???

What do you mean by "it now usually opens when ever it wants to open"?
