My computer is hooked up to an EPSON STYLUS CX3200. It is connected by a USB001 port. The computer says that the printer is hooked up, but it will not print. if you have any ideas, please say so.

Have you checked the printer driver is installed?Assuming that your running a windows based O/S you can download an updated driver for your printer model here!

We have a cd for the printer, and we have already installed the hardware.
