Hello, i was looking at two mobo's and one supports ata/133 and the other umda/33,66,100,and133. What is the difference, and which is faster?

Also can i get a suggestion on which mobo is better,(possibility for upgrades, features, and overall speed)?

at first you need to choose a cpu type, then choose the MoBo. i can't suggest any unfortunately

They both have the same cpu's in the combo. i was wondering which mobo( both cpu amd 64 3200+) is better?

Do you know if biostar is a good mobo company?

it's not good not bad something in the middle, i prefer using Asus or MSI brands.
