bidirectional Citoh CI5000 doesn't align the rows

Hi, I get a Citoh ci5000 dot matrix printer, and I switch on, the bidirectional print function, when I send a print job there exist a 1/16 space on the alignment of the columns between the first and the second rows, the same with the third and the fourth rows, and so on.
This means wen the print head goes from left to right, the device prints ok, but whe the print head goes from right to left, the columns are moved form the aligment.
There is not a problem of drivers, because the same failure happens when I put the printer in stand alone and I print an autotest.
Is there something that I can do, move to some configuration in order to solve this problem??
