My PC always hang and sometimes restarts on its own. What could be its problem?

You should try to recreate the hanging or the restart and post what is that you did to get it. Also look at your event viewer to see if there are any warnings or error reports. It is in the administrative tools. (XP/2k/vista not 98/95)
