what is the error message?
can u see the drive in windows explorer?
Jump to Postis it showing as the correct floppy in the bios 1.44mb and not 740k
try cleaning the head, use compress air if u have it.

Hi it is an internal disk drive the drive shows on explorer but just keeps asking for a disk
