Yes, that is the correct location, but you might need to show hidden folders. To do this press Alt, then click View, then Folder Options and click on the second tab. Then check Show hidden files and folders, and click OK. Now navigate to the folder. Also as a rule of thumb you might want to delete the files associated with your current profile unless you want to keep that too.
