Everytime my mother tried to log in to her account on ebay and some other pages, she gets this message. Can anyone please help? We are on Windows 2000

Jump to PostGo to Widows Update and make sure you have all your Critical Updates (if you have WinXP, however, make sure you don't have any malware on your system before getting SP2).
