I want to change the users home directory from the local PC onto the server %HOMEPATH% I don't know how I would do this for a laptop user. How woul;d things work if they have their laptop out of the office? Can I specify an alternate such as their normal default? Once they return to the office is there a simple way to synchronize their 'offline' files with the server?

Thanks in advance, I am a bit confused on this issue as I am still a newbie on some parts of the server configurations.
