Hello.. i have serious problem with games... on both OS xp and vista.. first i have xp
when i play any game including CS 1.6 .. my fps goes down to 10 for 1 minute or more. and then go back to normal after that.. this repeats.. also when that happens audio is looping.
when i instal Vista about 3 days i dont have that problem... but now again.

Inno 3d 8500 gt
2 gb ram
160gb hdd
integrated realtek hd
asus m2n-mx se plus
btw i have tryed many reinstalings of drivers defragmenting disk, scanning with random anti viruses spywares.. and still i cant find a solution.
im begging for help :(
