Thank you for being there and helping others.

I thought I was reasonably computer-literate until yesterday -- My goal was simply to get a newer version of Outlook Express than the 4.1 I've been using.

After perusing various sites, it appeared that the best way was to download a newer version of Explorer (I've been using 6.0 for years, no problems).

However!! after downloading 7.0 and installing it, I am avalanched with problems -- I do not like the new complex home page, it robbed me of 1/3 of my screen, and worst of all, some of my proprietary sites no longer can load up.

So .... my simple question is: HOW THE DICKENS DO I UNINSTALL 7.0 AND GO BACK TO 6.0????????

Thank you so much for any advice you can give me.

hi ,i think if you go to control panel ,add and remove programs ,and check show updates at the top ,ie 7 should show up in the list .i hate it too ,i use 6 when needed and Firefox for my default browser
