I hope someone can help. I run a Trojan Remover scan and came up with 1 virus in the registry. Suggested solution delete file which I did. After rebooting I got to passed the xp logo the screen goes black and stalls there. I tried to go into safe-mode but it does not load completely. I tried to do a restore with Commander ERD but I get the blue death screen before it can totally load. Not that I really want to format because of valuble files, but a witts end I decided to format from boot up. It loads all the files but just when you go to install windows xp, I get the death screen again saying a registry error. I have access to my files via having my Sata HD installed with another Sata HD that works. Help anybody.
