Hi all
I have acer pc on Vista is loaded. recently there is a problem where by Vista continously restarts (comes upto password screen then restarts). It has the same problem when starting in safe mode where Vista continously restarts.
With option of 'start with last known good configuration' Vista start normal and there is no problem.
I have swapped the memory cards and my hunch is that the problem is something else.
Please assist

I have tried that and also tried a new RAM but still have the same problem. there is also a 'the instruction at 0x746B060A referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory cannot be read' error. Is this error confined to RAM or there could be other issues too (such as memory slots, etc)
Could be ram slots, try the each ram stick in all the slots....
