Ive tried to burn a disk of mp3s thru Nero, it starts but then stops. It says a few things, "scsi command aborted", "drive not ready", "could not perform endtrack", and "invalid write state". Ive tried burning at diff speeds, that doesnt help. Im using a sony dvd+/- cd-rw and Im on WinXP pro. Ive also tried burning thru musicmatch jukebox, doesnt work there either. The drive burned disks on my old computer but I had a friend build me a new one.

Close everything else.
If anything interrupts the burn for even a tiny fraction of a second, the burn is ruined.
Shut off your virus checker, your power saver, and your screen saver. And don't be connected to the internet.
