due to power faliure i found some errors on my pc
1.sometimes while booting the login screen doesnot apper
instead just a black screen with a cursor (which works)
2.When ever i use chkdsk it shows at boot time unable to run autochk
3.I used convert command it showed cannot convert raw disk
but in properties it shows NTFS
this drive has the os (C:)
please help!!!
Disk contents are probably corrupted. Suggest you do a full recovery if you only have recovery CDs, or boot from a 'proper' Windows CD, delete the existing Windows partition, then re-install Windows on that unallocated space.
