hi, i have just finished building my pc, it has a GF8100VM-M5 motherboard, AMD Phenom 8450 x3 processor and a geforce 9800gt xxx edition graphics card, i have a few problems the first one is i always have to turn my pc on and off a few times before i can see something on the screen such as the POST routine, when i come to intalling windows xp it goes to a blue screen and says something like this, windows has stopped the installation to prevent damage to your pc and says something about acpi, apic, settings it also says to update my bios, i have the cd but the past few times i have put it in nothing happens, i just need adivice on how to solve these issues thx.
